the Department of Solid State Physics, Faculty of Physics, University of Bialystok The total cost of the School is 470 EUR (including 120 EUR school fee) for active participants and 350 EUR for accompanying persons. The total cost includes full board in Bialowieza (in double-bed rooms), excursion, banquet and informal proceedings. Single rooms will be available at the extra cost of 100 EUR. Additional payment for a single room (limited number available) should be made before May 30th, 2009. Warning: after 30th of May, 2009, the School fee will increase by 100 EUR. All international payments must be made in Euro. Please note that exchange rates vary on a daily basis and credit card payments may include small additional charges due to the necessary currency conversions. Participants from Poland must pay the equivalent in Polish Zlotys (PLN) at the day of payment according to the NBP mid-rate of exchange.
